All orders ship from Japan via Japan Post. We carefully package every item to protect it in international transit.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Methods & estimated delivery

• EMS — fastest, fully tracked. Approx. 2–4 days in transit (varies by destination).
• SAL — economy air, tracked. Approx. 6–13 days.
• Surface — sea mail, lowest cost. Approx. 1–3 months.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs duties & import taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking

EMS and SAL shipments include tracking. Surface mail tracking may be limited. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
