Returns & Refunds
All items are pre-owned/vintage and are sold as-is in the condition described on each product page, including the grade and any noted flaws. Please review photos and the condition notes before purchasing.
When we accept returns
We accept returns if an item arrives not as described or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Return shipping
- If the item was misdescribed or defective, we cover return shipping.
- Other accepted returns: return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the item must be returned in the same condition received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched.
